Service Description
Spiritual Healthcare Consulting Inc. provides professional spiritual care consultation grounded in Spiritual Healthcare Science™ Research and delivered within clearly defined ethical and professional boundaries. Our work supports individuals, families, leaders, and organizations in addressing the spiritual dimension of human experience as it relates to meaning, identity, purpose, resilience, and whole-person alignment. Spiritual healthcare focuses on the ways beliefs, values, life experiences, and inner frameworks shape how people cope with stress, transition, illness, leadership responsibility, grief, and moral complexity. While medical and mental health services often address symptoms and diagnoses, spiritual healthcare attends to meaning-making, values clarification, spiritual distress, and the integration of one’s inner life with external responsibilities. At this time, Spiritual Healthcare Consulting Inc. offers Initial Spiritual Healthcare Consultations as the sole paid service. These consultations serve as a structured entry point for three audiences: individuals and families seeking spiritual clarity and support; prospective candidates discerning participation in the Certified Spiritual Healthcare Chaplain™ Training Program; and organizations or healthcare systems exploring spiritually integrated care, staff support, or consultation. Each consultation provides a focused assessment of needs, context, and goals, along with thoughtful recommendations and next-step guidance. Consultations are non-denominational, non-proselytizing, and designed to complement—rather than replace—mental health, medical, or clinical services. When needs fall outside the scope of spiritual care, referrals and interdisciplinary collaboration are encouraged. Spiritual Healthcare Consulting Inc. is led by a clinically trained chaplain with graduate education in theology and social work, committed to ethically grounded, research-informed spiritual care that honors the dignity, diversity, and complexity of each person and organization served. Spiritual Healthcare Consulting Inc. intentionally maintains limited availability in order to provide focused, high-quality spiritual care consultation. Services are offered directly by the Principal Consultant, whose work spans clinical chaplaincy, research development, professional formation, and organizational consultation. As a result, consultation capacity is intentionally capped and not volume-based.
Cancellation Policy
Spiritual Healthcare Consulting Inc. Services provided by Spiritual Healthcare Consulting Inc. are offered as professional spiritual care, consultation, education, and advisory services. These services are non-clinical and do not constitute psychotherapy, mental health counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, diagnosis, or crisis intervention. Services are intended to complement, not replace, care provided by licensed medical, mental health, or allied health professionals. The scope of practice includes spiritual assessment, reflective and meaning-centered consultation, ethical discernment, professional formation, education, and organizational advisory support. No guarantees of outcomes are made or implied. Referrals to external providers or resources may be recommended when appropriate. All services are conducted in alignment with professional chaplaincy ethics, including respect for dignity, autonomy, cultural humility, confidentiality, and appropriate professional boundaries. Information shared during consultations is treated as confidential to the extent permitted by law. Confidentiality may be limited in cases involving risk of harm to self or others, abuse or neglect of a vulnerable person, or legal requirements. Booking Policy: All services require advance booking through the official scheduling platform. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm an appointment. Services are provided by one Principal Consultant; availability is intentionally limited. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. One reschedule may be permitted with proper notice. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are non-refundable. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions without extension. Waitlist Policy: When services are fully booked, clients may request placement on a waitlist. Placement does not guarantee availability. Openings are offered in the order requests are received and must be accepted within the stated response window. Fees & Access: Fees reflect professional scope, ethical responsibility, and limited availability and are non-negotiable. In select cases, referrals to community or nonprofit resources may be provided. By booking services, clients acknowledge understanding of this disclosure and consent to proceed within its terms.
